What You'll do

  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate timelines, calendars, and deliverables with project owners.
  • Keep records and databases up to date.
  • Monitor progress, manage inventory, and communicate updates.
  • Collect client feedback and help improve services.
  • Assist with on-site event execution.

Skills Required

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Professional and client-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends for events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • Certificate in Business or Administration (an asset).
  • Valid driver’s permit and access to a reliable vehicle (an asset).
